"Wish there were a less than one star rating available. Pedro Ruiz, (aka Hernandez), of PSEH Lawn and Gardening Service completely ripped us off by committing to doing our project not knowing how to execute it. Pedro said he was licensed and bonded, neither are true. Should have checked it for myself. His commitment was to do our remodel in 2-3 weeks, 6 weeks later was maybe 10% complete blaming the rain. Yet when we had many clear days his team never showed up. The work he did complete was very sub-par and I had to remove it. I screwed up by giving him $19,000 to purchase supplies such as pavers, which we never saw. Had to fire him. Have Pedro on tape committing to return our money in 2-3 weeks, now 7 weeks later has gone silent. Have no choice but to sue to get my money back with damages. WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!"
