He has been the nicest gardener and he is also very patient. He is also reliable and comes on holidays. They're a very reliable company.

The service has gone very well. I have no complaints and thy always come out on time. They do the work while I am not home and I am always pleased with outcome. Scheduling is easy and they come regularly when they need to.

Rafael did an extremely thorough job of cleanup, pruning, mowing and edging. More than I expected. His price was very, very fair. He asked if he could use my green recycling bin for the yard waste and why not? If I were doing the work I would have filled it anyway. I plan to invite him back to cleanup my backyard. I can't judge his punctuality, per se, since we did everything by phone so I've never met the gentleman but he was responsive to my phone calls and kept me informed of when he planned to do the work and when he finished.

They provide regular gardening services for me. They are very thorough and have an excellent knowledge of plants and gardening requirements. They go way beyond the "mow and blow" crowd and provide a very useful service.

They arrived on time, fixed what I needed to have done and I was very satisfied with their work.

It had been a very good experience. He even gives me pointers on how to take care of my roses and how to make them grow in a certain way. I can depend on him.

A little late for the first consultation, but that's because he got lost (had wrong directions). Called and kept me informed as to where he was. Very nice man - gave good estimate and offered monthly cleanup at a good rate. Said I needed it done before Friday and he did it. Very pleased.

He did an outstanding job. He split the work into two days because of his schedule and the scope of the work to be done. He walked the yard with me and listened to all of the work that I described to be done. He asked a few questions and made mental notes of how I wanted the bamboo trimmed (something very particular to me) and he gave me a verbal estimate on the spot. We shook hands and he started work that day. He told me up front that he wouldn't be able to finish and asked if it was all right to return at a certain day ( it was). I had used his services once before and was quite pleased with the results. This was the first time I'd met him face to face.

We agreed to have the cuttings picked up the following day. However, I had to make a trip to the airport and I was unable to meet with Rafael. He was cool about the whole thing and offered to take the bamboo and leave me a bill. I got back to a yard that was spotlessly clean. He had picked up a truck load of bamboo cuttings, blew the leaves up and swept up so well that you couldn't tell that there had been a pile of brush there. I will use him in the future.

I called Mr. Garcia and had my call returned promply. we touched bases several times since the weather was bad and there was a lot of rain. He performed the contracted work in a timely manner considering the rain delay. Excellent job.

I scheduled a visit, but Rafael got delayed was unable to meet me at the scheduled time. He called and rescheduled (which I appreciated) and was on site at the agreed upon time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained to me the defect and quoted me a price to replace the valve. Work was completed quickly and cleanly. I've had no further problems

He is very professional and nice. He has a nice manner and is competitive in his pricing. We have a monthly fee for our gardening that hasn't changed in years.

Mr. Garcia arrived as scheduled to provide an estimate on all the work described. Once we agreed on the services, he and his team arrived as promised and worked quickly and efficiently. They were professional and fast.

Rafael Garcia has about 20 plus years of experience. The guys he hires are so nice and when they are doing a big job for me, they work 7 days a week to complete it. They clean up well around our pool and Rafael always oversees everything because he is very hands on. He gives great advice, too. For example, he recommended I remove some plants up against our home that was helping to collect standing water. He suggested some loose stone and switched it over for me and it looks great! We no longer have that bad water up against our home.
