"A technician arrived at the appointed time and easily diagnosed the problem. I had purchased the unit and had it installed 6 years prior by another company but I couldn't recall if it was still under warranty. The tech did some research and found out it was under warranty and rather than charging me for more than $49 service call, suggested I call the original installing company, since that might save me money with labor, stating he would gladly do the repair if that was my preference. I did decide to call the installer, and that was the right decision since it was a problem with a part they had already replaced for me, they had had the same problem with other units from the manufacturer. I am confident my house will be cool this summer, that's all that counts, right? Even though Huft didn't do my repair, they showed professionalism with helping me come up with the right solution and help me safe money in the process."

"They re very expensive, and they charge a $49.00 fee for a quote (which they ll deduct from your services if you choose them). If you don t choose them, you ll still need to cough up $49.00 bucks. That s ridiculous. I ve used other electricians in the past for similar projects but was never charged such exorbitant rates. Service was too expensive for my tastes so I only asked them to do a very limited amount of items. Rates are just too hot."

He replaced overhead lighting in my kitchen at a very reasonable cost and I am very happy with the result. They both were also very friendly and personable and wore masks and all other necessary protective equipment. I highly recommend them for electrical work!"
