Walt upgraded my electrical panel from 100 to 200 amps, ran a new dedicated circuit for a tankless electric water heater, and coordinated with a plumber for the water heater installation. Because my panel had been around since the 1940's, he had to replace breakers, relocate the main, and add grounding to bring everything up to code. I appreciated his knowledge, communication, and thoughtfulness throughout the whole process. His orchestration of the SMUD designer, plumber, and city inspectors was wonderful and saved me a lot of time and worry. He is a nice person who treats others well.

Got an EV charger installed. Walter has been amazing. He knows exactly what is needed and provides estimate for the type of project even before inspection. This was a rush at the last minute before the new year but Walter was able to come by for an assessment and came back the following morning to complete the project. Work was top notch and very quick! Communication with Walter was excellent. He responded right away to set up an appointment for an estimate, came to the house on time for estimate appointment. Estimate texted to us later that same day. Once hired, Walt texted us with his schedule, arrived on time and did all the work as requested. He installed/replaced kitchen undercabinet lights, bathroom light and light/fan combo. Also repaired/replaced faulty exterior outlets and GFI. He is a conscientious worker, professional and very reliable.
