At all levels there was honesty, trust and great communication. Carol did the estimate and was welcoming in answering all my questions and providing suggestions when needed. She made me comfortable knowing that they could do all I was rfequesting, including making a custom panel for my new Sub Zero that matched my existing cabinetry. Armondo and Melvin were always on time, neat and with a can-do attitude when little things came up. It was a pleasure having them in my home. I would use that team again without question! And for the cabinetry work, there is nobody better than Julio. New door hinges installed to perfection, new pulls aligned the way they should be and a terrific mounting of the custom Sub Zero panels. "I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."
