"Hate to give bad reviews but this was an awful experience. They refused to wear a mask, charged more than what they quoted over the phone and I saw no difference in their cleaning compared to what it was previously. This was supposed to be a deep clean, they did not open one cabinet or drawer, the interior was filthy and still had the previous tenants items. Not only that, but they seemed to have spilt bleach over our new carpets--there are huge stains now near the bathroom and bleach spots all over the master bedroom. To top it off, they did not respond to calls or texts about the mess they left behind. This experience was worse than them doing nothing, they left the place in worse shape than it was and couldn't care less. Unprofessional, zero quality and terrible attitude. Please avoid at all costs."
