We are absentee owners so we met with him when we were in Mammoth and he did the work while we were gone. He sent daily photos of the progress of painting all the woodwork, a couple of ceilings and refinishing the wood stair railings. His estimate was accurate, his pricing was fair, he is hugely professional, and I can't imagine hiring anyone else. He even came back and fixed our guest room bed and didn't charge us. I wish he also worked in Los Angeles!"

"Artificial turf looks good. Some of the plants have died. It's only been five months since the job was completed. All the other items are of fair to poor quality. Concrete areas have to be re-done by another company because it has cracked within days to weeks of it being placed. Concrete splashed on retaining wall which was never removed/cleaned by Andres. Paint on fencing chips away easily. He said he would remove the splashed concrete off the wall but never returned to finish the job. As I stated earlier, I have to pay $3K+ to have the concrete done again. Haven't gone through an entire rain season so still don't know how the drainage system works or not. Would never hire him again."
