I was very pleased with the work of Bill the framer who works with R & R Remodeling experts.  He got started a bit later in the morning than I was expecting, but that is the only thing that I have to say that is even slightly less than glowing.  Bill was very knowledgeable and professional throughout.  He was very thoughtful and concerned about getting the window weather sealed and making everything look as if this work never needed to be done in the first place.  He cleaned up after himself as he went along.  He had all the tools he needed for the job with him and worked steadily and efficiently until the job was done.  If only all builders could be like this.  This window is now perfectly installed in our living room wall and we can proceed with trimming it out and finishing our project.  Yay!"

"Since this remodeling was the first remodeling that we decided to do after a long time since we did our last remodeling that required to hire a contractor to do it. The kitchen that we wanted to remodel, need to includes the cabinets, floors, island, counter tops, hardware, paint and lighting. Our search was for high quality and low quality and reputable construction companies that can service my area. Landmark construction energy crew was the great find that I was able to talk to and hire. First off their service was top notch. They were very responsive from the first meeting we had, patiently and really wanted to know what I’m trying to do in the kitchen. They were in touch with me during the whole work and made sure to provide me with updates regard anything that was complete and what will be next. What I liked most was that they were extremely detail-oriented. I very much appreciated that, especially given the Major scope of my project and plans. The end results were more than I expected. All the low voltage lightings, the special insulation that they used, the extra protection that they installed in the window that I have in the kitchen and more… All of this features improved the energy protection at the kitchen. They followed up with me the following day after all the final documents were signed off by me about the work in order to make sure that I was happy with the final results. I'm happy to mention that kitchen remodeling project was completed a little bit before the due date."

He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed.
