He is responsive, always returned my calls quickly and he does what he says he is going to do. Charlie came over to my house and met with me before installation, during the installation and after. "Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Within a couple days from the initial phone call I already had an estimate and once i decided to go with them the installation was completed in one week. "There are two words that describes Josh. He is Accountable and trust worthy. He did great job right from estimates to completion of job.
He gave detailed estimates with price quote for each task which were very reasonable and made numerous trips to Lowes to buy all required material. Since I was living far from job site he sent daily progress updates with pictures.
He is sincere and refused to take any initial deposit and insisted on getting paid after completion of job to owner's satisfaction.
He also went out of his way to complete other jobs which were not on initial estimates. It is hard to get find such quality services for affordable price. Thank you Josh, you are my go to guy for any handyman jobs.
