"We had a kitchen remodeling project redone by replacing all the old cabinets in the same cabinet shapes, adding few new cabinets after expanding the kitchen space and adding a window where the stove is, new marble countertops, designed backsplash, under cabinet sink and faucet and few other items including the high efficiency appliances. Everyone that we came across during the work was: a. extremely professional b. knowledgeable about their area of expertise c. on time d. cheerful e. positive attitudes f. helpful when questions arose g. Efficient. This included the designer, manager, Charlie the project manager, installers and sub-contractors. During the remodeling Charlie took a great care about this project and he made sure to keep the rest of the house as clean as possible. All the people that worked at the house on a daily basis, left the work area neat and clean after each day's efforts. It was refreshing to work with this company because they gave us the best respect and attention while listening to all of our comments and questions. In regards to the documents and contract, the office made sure that we will understand each aspect from it even though it was easy to read and understand. "I contacted R & R Remodeling because they were recommended to me through my church. They came out to assess the situation promptly and gave me an estimate within just a few days. The fee seemed reasonable to me, and this window was preventing further progress on our living room project, so we said yes. They began work the next week. I was very pleased with the work of Bill the framer who works with R & R Remodeling experts. He got started a bit later in the morning than I was expecting, but that is the only thing that I have to say that is even slightly less than glowing. Bill was very knowledgeable and professional throughout. He was very thoughtful and concerned about getting the window weather sealed and making everything look as if this work never needed to be done in the first place. He cleaned up after himself as he went along. He had all the tools he needed for the job with him and worked steadily and efficiently until the job was done. If only all builders could be like this. This window is now perfectly installed in our living room wall and we can proceed with trimming it out and finishing our project. Yay!"

After offering to clean up an existing skylight, they discovered that it was not actually connected to the roof! Now it is clean and safely fixed in its place. As the Covid closures loomed, the team worked extra hard to finish the job quickly, but remained neat and diligent throughout.
