Perfectly. The technician was here all day and checked and fixed any outlet problem in our home. He also installed a ground in the workshop and installed an outside light. He was very respectful, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend them to others and call them again if needed.

They did a good job. Came in and got the job done quickly. We were quoted $135, but then charged $180. When we called about the difference, Dave said there is a $175 minimum for a one- hour or less job. We thought they should have said that up front, but their work was good and we think their pricing is reasonable. They regretted the miscommunication. We would go back to them again.

Arrived exactly on time, clean, neat, very professional and wasted no time in completing the job.

We were referred to Smith Electric by having a neighbor use them and we have been happy ever since. We have used them for four years now. We call them whenever we need work done and they are always prompt, provide accurate estimates, and stand by their work. We always feel comfortable with their employees and with Dave and they are good about cleaning up after themselves.

FABULOUS!!! Called when they said they would, came out the next day. Arrived promptly at the schedueled time. Rene Lopez was the person they sent. He was very professional, and I only needed a couple of minutes to tell him what we were trying to do and he worked from that without needing my supervision. I gave general directions for where to install the family room fan (center to the room) and he figured out exactly where that should be. He also pointed out the fact that the fan I had would hang low, but would still be within code.I approved the location and the look.

In the guest room, he showed me that the light installation was not needed for that particular room and it would hang too low if we kept the light. He was able to install the fan without the light and it looks and works great.

He put both fans on a remote. In the family room, he hooked into an existing 4-way switch (3 light switches controlling the same light). He gave me back the one dimmer switch we had that was still good for something else, but not needed for this project. In the guest room, he connected the electrical into the electrical in the attic above it.

He kept everything clean throughout his work time, covered the floor below his work and the desk in the room. Can't believe he was in and out with fans installed in just 3.5 hours!
