"David's performance on the pool build was excellent. Technically, he knows his stuff. He was quick to respond, and navigated county paperwork (which was considerable) to a successful conclusion. He was thorough, gave an honest evaluation of my existing equipment and pool condition, gave me several options, what he recommended and what he felt was not needed and then itemized everything so I could choose what I wanted to have done.... no surprises.
