MS Locksmith called me and gave a very reasonable quote to rekey my home lock. Within 1 hour or less of the call MS Locksmith was at my door, explained the work to be done, was so nice and pleasant and then just as fast was finished with the job, text me the invoice as per his quote. Payment was so easy they except all types of payment including venmo and zelle and provided me with a detailed paid invoice for my files. The job was done and case closed. I will always call on MS Locksmith for all my future needs and will refer them anytime i can. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."
