After a terrible experience with another "emergency" locksmith who was rude and tried to charge $350–$400 on arrival, we called MS Locksmith Services. From the first call, they were transparent, kind, and professional. They even reviewed a photo of the lock to give an accurate quote upfront. We were already stressed, but they explained everything clearly and stuck to their word. Their tech arrived quickly and had the door open in under 5 minutes! In a moment of frustration, they were the calm and honest pros. Highly recommend!

I’ve used them several times to replace old locks, and most recently when I stupidly locked myself out of my house. Every time, service is so fast, so friendly, and the work is really well done. On top of that, the prices are always fair and reasonable. I will continue to use for all lock issues and could not recommend highly enough.

Amazing quick service

My experience with MS Locksmith was excellent! He set a time, called 30 minutes before and arrived on time. He was very honest and fixed three locks in my house for $200.00 which was a tad more than other companies had quoted to fix only one lock. He sent me the invoice right away. He was polite, personable, and very very professional.

Nick the locksmith understood my issues. He listened to me and my husband. He gave updates and on his arrival time. He completed the work to our satisfaction.

Couldn’t access our unit but Eddie was quick to respond! He gave us a fair quote before he arrived and completed the job quickly at the agreed on price. They are licensed as an official locksmith company in California so you can trust them!

Eddie arrived on time and re-keyed the front door. In addition, he fixed the deadbolts on 2 other doors - this involved shaving the door jam to better fit the deadbolt locks. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I would hire Eddie again!

As good of a locksmith as you could want. We needed our locks rekeyed, new door handles installed, and smart locks installed. Texted back and forth with Matan to get all the details ironed out, including the quote (which was excellent). He was pleasant to speak with and felt confident about the job ahead. When it came for the day of the job, Eddie was the locksmith sent out to complete it. A complete professional. Smart, patient, detailed oriented, thorough. Couldnâ t ask for anything more.
