"Words cannot express how amazing James is. We have this old lock on our front door that needed to be removed. James offered free guidance to aid my husband and I in removing our old lock. We failed miserably and James came out day of. Throughout the whole experience, he was professional, he was informative, he even took less money from us than quoted. "I locked my keys in the car .locksmith speed came very fast, opened the door and he was very nice . He also asked if I had any alcohol, before he opened the door . It was 2am on a Saturday . I said no but why are you asking. He said if I said yes or if he felt that I had been drinking he would not open the door and let an intoxicated person get behind the wheel.
