MS Locksmith called me and gave a very reasonable quote to rekey my home lock. Within 1 hour or less of the call MS Locksmith was at my door, explained the work to be done, was so nice and pleasant and then just as fast was finished with the job, text me the invoice as per his quote. "Words cannot express how amazing James is. We have this old lock on our front door that needed to be removed. James offered free guidance to aid my husband and I in removing our old lock. I said no but why are you asking. He said if I said yes or if he felt that I had been drinking he would not open the door and let an intoxicated person get behind the wheel.
