Erik came out and took a look, told me his plan for the best location (turned out perfect), also recommended a garage light sensor to add for small additional charge, I guess was easy to install as he had to do most the work for the patio (drilling hole from garage outlet) so thought to offer this addition. Extra awesome since my complex we don't have automatic openers and I had to fish for the overhead light in the dark. "We had a complete kitchen remodeling project done recently (reconfigured layout, new cabinets, wood flooring, special lightings and more...). This was on top of replacing the floor in the hallway and family room. After meeting and interviewing 4 additional contractors, Best builders groups project manager, Zohar Regev, was the only person that truly listened to what we wanted and loved as opposed to what is usually done. Zohar suggested many options and thoughts but we are so happy with our new kitchen. The working people were very skilled about managing things around which helped us making better design choices. Our foreman, was on top of the progress and kept us posted daily about progress. He always addressed all of our concerns. They were friendly, hardworking while making sure to clean at the end of each working day. Best builders group was very helpful about including things which were somewhat out of the original plan for no additional cost. They approached problems with a positive attitude and improved things to please our desires. They finished the whole project ahead of schedule. "Otero landscaping installed two trees on our property, did some leveling, prepping and sodding, also installed a sprinkler system, and some slope landscaping in three different areas around our house. Most of the slope landscaping did well, except for one area that did not do so well. They returned to see how they could fix this one area but it just never took. It may have been that we have really bad soil in that particular slope among other factors. We are very happy with the sod/lawn that they installed using a new designer sod: RTF. It is self repairing so if we get brown spots from the dogs, it will grow back in in a few weeks. This grass also grows fast. The trees are a palm tree and a shade tree in the back. they are also doing well. They also installed a railroad tie wall around the new lawn. We were pretty happy with the work. The job was originally supposed to take a week, but ended up taking two weeks. Of course we also kept adding more work to the original job. The owner if very nice and willing to fix anything that the customer is unhappy with or wants do to differently than the original plan."
