Walt (Pops to most) started in 1972 repairing shoes and handbags. Over time in responding to his customers he has added a broad array of services to better serve his public. We pride ourselves in somewhat an "old fashioned" way of conducting business. We have a habit of getting to know most of our customers, and have a fantastic group that has been visiting us for 40 years. Recently we've added some vacuum services that are second to none in the industry. You can view us on our website, or some of the many videos we've posted on YouTube and others, We're always happy to meet you. Take Care

"We are in the beginning stages of getting ideas for this work and the salesman ignored that understanding and said we needed to sign them up to get the work done in the next 2 to 3 months. They provided some 3D images about 10 days later that provided little value to our decision making process.

Update 1.13.12
I received a call from Tal, their Sales & Marketing Manager, and she apologized for the experience we had and informed me she would refund the $49.  She also stated the salesman was no longer an employee of their company.  Based on my discussion with TAL, I have changed my overall grade of them from a C to a B."

"I pay $75 annually for a certain amount of appliances to be covered. What we didn't know is that you still have to pay a service call fee and if the technician deems the appliance still functional they will not fix it and if the technician says there is nothing wrong with the appliance, they will not fix it. In other words, the appliance has to be completely broken in order for them to fix it."

"the price was negotiable, was a little over my budget but for the quality of the work. I can see why it was the price it was. I have to keep in mind my house isn't not small, so they square footage that is already existing PLUS the addition, made it a lot bigger. I like that the workers were here constantly. Even through out inspections, once it was passed they continued to work. The foreman was also great and would constantly inform me about the stages that were going to come next. As far as the office, i cannot complain. Any concerns i had were resolved right away, and I had constant communication from the coordinator and the accounting side, along with a young lady that would come every week to check up and make sure the job was being ran properly.

Appliance Sales questions, answered by experts

Like cars, the most expensive part of a dryer is any electrical component, specifically the control board. For newer dryers, this single part, excluding the labor required to replace it, can easily be worth more than half the price of a new unit. While you can sometimes source these more expensive pieces (ask a contractor friend if they have any) when the control board is shot, it’s common to sell the unit for parts and replace it with a new one.

Junk removal usually includes removing unwanted items from your property, loading it into a dumpster or a truck, and then carting the junk off of your property to be disposed of at a dump site. In most cases, your dumping fees—charged by the dump site—are included in your estimate, but you might want to confirm this expense with your junk removal team. Some junk removal companies offer additional services, like a deep clean after junk removal and moving and packing services, in case you’re getting rid of garbage as part of your relocation efforts.

DIY is possible for plug-and-play models. Professional services ensure proper connections for built-in appliances.

Hiring a reputable appliance removal company can start with a referral from a family member or friend or online recommendation. Research the company to ensure they have positive customer reviews and provide the services you need within your budget.

Ask your potential appliance removal company the following questions before hiring:

  • Are you able to disconnect my appliance before removing it?

  • Are you fully insured?

  • Does the removal price include the cost of dumping?

  • Do you offer any kind of warranty that covers damage to my property during the removal?

Small appliance repair costs average around $50 to $400, with costs ranging significantly based on the type of appliance, the extent of the damage, the issue, the appliance brand, and the availability of replacement parts. Generally speaking, you’ll pay less for repairs on very small appliances, like blenders and toasters, than you will for microwave repairs. We recommend consulting a small appliance repair technician for a quote before starting the project.
