"Excellent!! Max called me right away, was here within an hour. Replaced the fan at the back of my freezer and saved all my Costco meat I just bought yesterday. He is Quick with his labor, was done in an hour or less. His fee was affordable!! He gave me a neighborly discount, since he lives nearby. He is going into my speed dial, for all appliance repairs!! I couldn’t be happier!!!"

"The repairman arrived late due to an accident on the freeway.  The office did call me to let me know.  I showed him the area that needed to be reparied.  He asked me if I had some of the supplies I thought he would have brought for drywall repair such as tape and texturing.  He said the company should have told me to provide this, and I indicated no one told me anything.  Eventually, he ran out to Home Depot which took over an hour, and came back with the proper supplies.  He finished the job in the time allotted.  It is an adequate job.  It was in my laundry room behind the appliances so I wasn't so concerned about how it looks.  If I had been concerned about that, the job wouldn't have been satisfactory.

"I chose this company because they had the lowest service call fee out of 8 companies that I called ($49.95). They came out the next day. Their technician called 30 min before as requested and showed up right on time. After about 10 minutes he informed me that the coils on my unit were bad and it would be $89.99 to replace them. I thought that the price was very reasonable and told him to go ahead. After about 20 minutes the job was done and the unit was functioning fine. Overall, I though he did a great job, cleaned up after himself, was fast and efficient. I would defiantly use them again and recommend to all my friends and family."

Appliance Sales questions, answered by experts

Often, a repairperson who comes to your home will advise you on whether to replace or repair an appliance. If the repair cost is high and only slightly extends the appliance's longevity, the repairperson may recommend a replacement. Keep in mind that if you decide to buy a new appliance, you’ll likely still have to pay the repairperson for their time and assessment.

If a 240V appliance is connected to a 120V outlet, the lower voltage will cause that appliance to receive insufficient power. This may result in reduced performance, malfunctions, or even damage to the appliance's components. Depending on the size of your electrical circuit, you’ll likely need to reset a tripped circuit breaker at the very least.

Clean regularly, avoid metal utensils, and inspect seals for wear to ensure efficiency.

If you’re storing a refrigerator in an unheated space, appliance manufacturers recommend removing all food and items and keeping it unplugged. Additionally, make sure there is no water supply and the icemaker is set to off. After cleaning the interior, you can place a box of baking soda inside and keep the doors propped open so no mold or mildew grows.

Professional services offer expertise, the right tools, guarantee work quality, and often better access to replacement parts than doing it yourself.
