"Excellent!! Max called me right away, was here within an hour. Replaced the fan at the back of my freezer and saved all my Costco meat I just bought yesterday. He is Quick with his labor, was done in an hour or less. His fee was affordable!! He gave me a neighborly discount, since he lives nearby. He is going into my speed dial, for all appliance repairs!! I couldn’t be happier!!!"

"We are in the beginning stages of getting ideas for this work and the salesman ignored that understanding and said we needed to sign them up to get the work done in the next 2 to 3 months. They provided some 3D images about 10 days later that provided little value to our decision making process.

Update 1.13.12
I received a call from Tal, their Sales & Marketing Manager, and she apologized for the experience we had and informed me she would refund the $49.  She also stated the salesman was no longer an employee of their company.  Based on my discussion with TAL, I have changed my overall grade of them from a C to a B."

"I chose this company because they had the lowest service call fee out of 8 companies that I called ($49.95). They came out the next day. Their technician called 30 min before as requested and showed up right on time. After about 10 minutes he informed me that the coils on my unit were bad and it would be $89.99 to replace them. I thought that the price was very reasonable and told him to go ahead. After about 20 minutes the job was done and the unit was functioning fine. Overall, I though he did a great job, cleaned up after himself, was fast and efficient. I would defiantly use them again and recommend to all my friends and family."

Appliance Sales questions, answered by experts

You’ll need to unhook your old appliance but once you do, you can recycle it, donate it, sell it, reuse it, trade it in, or give it as a gift (provided it still works or is easy to fix). Most of the time when people are switching their appliances it’s either because the old one broke or they are upgrading. If the item is broken, the best option is to recycle it. This may carry a cost based on the appliance or its weight. If the appliance still works, you may choose to sell it or gift it. What you do with your old appliance ultimately comes to whether it’s still functioning.

One of the best ways to prevent costly repairs is to take good care of your microwave,  including cleaning your microwave regularly. If your microwave is covered in an embarrassing amount of gunk, there are a variety of simple tricks to get your microwave squeaky clean

Common household ingredients like lemons, vinegar, and baking soda will combat grease as effectively as harsh chemical solutions. Microwaves kept in good condition typically last about ten years.

Yes, you can manually ignite a gas oven by turning on the gas supply and using a long match or lighter to ignite the gas at the oven’s burner. However, you should take great care to follow safety precautions and read the oven’s manual instructions; otherwise, you run the risk of causing a fire, explosion, or gas leak.

Plug-in appliances, such as fans, hair dryers, irons, and vacuums, can cause a circuit overload and trip your circuit breaker. Older electrical systems may not support newer appliances, or the appliances may have internal damage. You need to determine whether the issue stems from the outlet or the appliance so you know which needs to be repaired or replaced.

Regular cleaning, using appropriate products, and avoiding harsh chemicals help maintain the appearance of refinished appliances.
