"Dale was truly amazing. He mounted both TVs with expertise and efficiency. Prior to coming, he was careful to gather details--there was a bathroom behind one wall, he made sure that no water lines were impacted. He provided a quote within hours of our discussion. He texted on scheduled day about his arrival time (he arrived early!). Upon arrival, he put shoe coverings over his shoes, he placed cover on the floor where the TV's were being mounted, he made sure all was cleaned up. He has a calm courteous genial manner, a good sense of humor, and he is open to suggestions and questions. Dale has an intuitive knack--with his hands/tools/particular project--he makes it look easy, when it is anything but that. "HIC builders is a family owned company, and they did a terrific job at my house. We added an ADU above the garage, remodeled two bathrooms, and did other extensive work on the house. Abraham, the field manager, was responsive and available, flexible when plans needed to change to accommodate structural issues that we discover as the project progressed, and answered my endless questions. The workmen were always on time, courteous, and cleaned up the site every day before they left.
