My job was a whole house demo and tile installation. The tile I chose was a large (26x30) hexagon. Hexagon can be quite challenging, so I needed the best installer I could find. I was impressed that Tony came out to measure and quote my job. One of my hurdles was that I could find no baseboards that worked well with the matte black tile. Tony solved this my having his crew custom cut baseboards using my floor tile. The top edge was finished with matte black metal stripping. It looks amazing. Monique the office manager was so easy to reach and she was quickly able to address all of my questions and concerns. My crew of four Martin, Danny, Xavier and Fabian arrived on time. They made a schedule and arrived at our house on that day. First, they inspected the place nicely and then explained to us the whole process of what they would be going to do. It was excellent advice, so I hired them to fix our floors. They could altogether remove all of the water and dry things out, and we are delighted with the work they did. "We hired Sam and his professional team to remodel our master bathroom, guest bathroom, remove some lighting and to install recessed lights in the kitchen. We are very pleased with the work they did! All the bathrooms are gorgeous and the recessed lights are perfect. Sam and the crew worked at the house every day until the remodeling was completed. They worked very professionally and efficient. Definitely perfect craftsmanship. Sam was also easy person to work and talk with, very comit man to all of our requests. We’ve absolutely found our contractor!"

"Today, Kris and one of his employees came to remedy my complaints.  He explained that he hired a tile layer (who did my job) through a general contractor who he often works with and offered to find the same limestone and have someone else replace the tiles that were gouged, chipped and not layer evenly at no additional cost.  The other alternative was to sand down the lip of the poorly placed tiles and grout.  I chose the later. In addition, they cleaned and grouted areas that they missed before.  
Kris was eager to remedy the problems I identified and put me on his schedule to clean my limestone floors next year at no charge.  He is truly and gentleman, eager to do a good job for me, who had the misfortune of a couple of problem employees who no longer work with him."
