"Ponderiffic Adventures' customer service is second to none and the owner is very hands-on. I had some issues with my pond but their knowledgeable technician got my pond working beautifully again! The owner, Ed, stopped by to make sure everything was going well. I am still working with them to clean my pond and Ed has some ideas to make it even better :) If you are in need of any kind of pond service or maintenance, these are your guys! The best trade experience I've had on Home Advisor by a landslide!"

"Everything is going very well. Everything is always tidy and very good."

"Fantastic! They offered great value, finished on time, did more than they said they would, and the final product was excellent!
We were on a tight budget this first time around but we will definitely be hiring Kevin and his crew back for future work when we can afford more but the work they did transformed our house 100% and made it completely rental ready. Why we will definitely rehire San Gorgonio in the future:
1. Kevin, the owner, was always very easy to reach and communicate with:
- He always picked up his phone, he always understood us, and he always had solutions along the way
- He is a very flexible and agreeable person
2. He and his crew were very professional:
- Kevin was always on site and managed the whole process start to finish
- They were all honest, true to their word, totally trustworthy
- They *always* showed up on time and when they said they would
- They finished on time and on budget, and the follow through was there, ready to make it better if we didn't like something (but we loved it just as it turned out!)
- They always kept things very tidy and cleaned up after every day's work
3. They worked really hard!
- Holy cow, they worked and worked, in heat, long days, trying to make their schedule for us
- They also went way beyond the 'call of duty' offering to install some things we bought that weren't part of the contract, willing to do extra things we found along the way for a great price, able to make changes as they came up (people always change their mind!)
- Hard working generous team!
4. EXCELLENT QUALITY!
- The tiles on our floor are perfectly aligned
- The new stucco finish and paint around the house exterior and interior doors matches exactly the old stucco and paint
- The paint job had no mistakes in it
- The products they installed look and work fabulously!
5. All around very likeable people to have in your house, for what that's worth
- Every person working for Kevin is just like him: mature, smart, good humored, and kind: important if they are practically 'living in your house' if you are there for the renovation
- They joked we would get sick of them after 3 weeks but we actually miss them as people!
It is a bit nerve racking having your house renovated, especially when you are on a tight time schedule and budget, and especially if you are living there while the work is going on and you see your walls being blown out! (bless you Kevin for putting up with my anxiety!). But Kevin and his team rose to the occasion, and none of my fears came to be. We trusted them and they delivered.
We are just so pleased it didn't end up costing us more, that we didn't run out of time, and that the workmanship is top notch. Our house actually looks brand new after they finished with it. We got a huge bang for our buck.

"The good:
Sales and design meeting were professional and they understood my needs and budget. "Free" Design was beautiful.
Custom cabinets of good quality.
Most subcontractors were punctual and professional (carpenter, electritian, plumbing, drywall, paint, counter install).
Returned to resolve unsatisfactory workmanship.

The bad:
Complete lack of attention to detail which caused several call backs during the process.
Project manager visited site Very infrequently to check progress leaving micromanagement up to me the homeowner.
Quoted with 4 week completion- turned into 10 weeks.
Debris left on the job regularly and at completion.
Asked for "warranty" paperwork and proof of counter material weeks ago- I still don't have it."

"If you're looking for a reliable, honest contractor that has great design sense and an incredible work ethic, look no further. This was my first remodel and I was really nervous after hearing so many contractor horror stories from others. I feel like I hit the jackpot with SGI and the team. They guided me through the whole process and the end result was exactly what I wanted in my dream kitchen and bathroom. Every day of our project I would come home to a clean workspace and progress was made on schedule. With two little kids in the house that meant everything."

i have to state that since someone had already messed up this job before Steve Letwinch got to have a go at ,it I was in the mode of watching everything like a hawk.  Two days after the start of the job I found that I could relax--the job site was left clean and swept at the end of each day.  The workers arrived on time everyday and worked at a good pace--I was probably a bit of a painby always "just looking in"  to watch what and how they were doing things.  Boy, what a difference from the other contractor.  Each worker knew what he was doing and they were actually working.  The jobs were tackeled concurrently - mainly the kitchen and the bath .  The third area was installation of the floor part of a deck.  There was some music ,but, it was at an acceptable volume and I noticed when Mr. Letwinch would leave the site for a reason he always spoke to one or two of his workers (I imagine they were his second in command) and reviewed with them what he wanted done, how he wanted it done and when he would be back.  Upon his return I noted that he inspected the work that had been completed in his absence and made sure it was to his standards.  At one point he was not satisfied with the mudding of the drywall and just made the worker redo the wall. He was just as pickey with the painters.  I felt I could relax because he seemed to as picky and detailed oriented as I am.
The job was actually finished 1 day before it was promised-- that is something I have never experienced before -- and the final product was great.  I noticed that he was double checking valves, plumbing and lighting the day he was finishing.  We did a walk through-- there were no problems.
Seven or eight days later he called me --he had started another job in Mission Viejo and was going to be passing close by my house and wanted to know if he could stop by.  Since I was home and not busy I consented.  He just wanted to make sure in person that I was happy with the job and wanted to know if I had found anything that wasn't to my satisfaction -- I couldn't believe it!   We walked through the kitchen and bath as we chatted  giving me plenty of time to remember if there was any little thing that wasn't to my liking.  As he was leaving he told me he gets most of his work through referrals.  I can understand--I certainly do not hesitate to recommend his work and him when I hear someone is considering doing a small remodel or a whole second story. Also this knows his way around the permit process-- I was very impressed with his interaction with one of the code inspectors that came out to sign off on the job. In talking to the man he does jobs from $5k  to $500K  He can build a spect house or take care of fire damage or do a small deck.  He evidently also gets houses ready for market.  I would use him in the future as he was willing to discuss my problems, what I wanted out of the project and he came up with some great ideas that saved me a little money along the way.

"Construction is hard.  Anthony at FioreBuilt works hard to make the process as easy as possible on his clients.  I had the pleasure of working with Anthony on a full exterior remodel of my Mom's house.  Being that she is handicapped it was very important that the work be completed professionally, quickly, within a strict budget, and with people I could trust.  I found all that and more in Anthony.  He and his crew are very professional.  They arrive on time, work quickly, have great attention to detail, and are incredibly clean.  Plus his entire crew treated my mother with great respect and care throughout the project.  We ended up doing more work than planned because it was going so well.  It is also important to note that Anthony builds smart.  He was full of various ideas whenever a creative solution was needed and was generous with his time in explaining the pros and cons of each.  He understood our underlining goal of improving my mother's quality of life while keeping her finances under control.  Even within her limited budget he never cut corners with building materials, construction or aesthetics.  He devised numerous ways to make sure we got what we wanted while keeping us within our means.  Construction is a moving target.  Things change once you start the process.  We were very fortunate to have Anthony on our side during this project.  We wouldn't have gotten these fantastic results without him."

"Sometimes you need some luck and sometimes a sharp eye, but look what happens when the two meet:We bought an apartment 1500 sqf at a bargain price and I needed a major overhaul, I heard about David and his work from my friend the he built him a hose  from scratch, I got the phone and immediately had a great chemistry between us we received bids from different contractors, but with David I had a feeling he will answer all needs. The renovation cost: $100,000 which included the demolition of most of the interior walls, replacing flooring, installing new infrastructure of electricity, lighting, air conditioning and plumbing, new kitchen and adding a specially designed furniture.David's team quickly begin to break down the inner walls David's vision was a large bedroom and luxurious bathroom including parents and reading corner, an open kitchen and bar seating includes practical and accommodation, large spacious living room, large dining area and family room. In addition, large rooms and private white, can shower and General Services for the guests. In terms of conceptual design, it was important for me to keep straight lines and clean, the feeling of space and a feeling of warmth in a family. To meet my expectations, and because of the limited flat space, David proposed to increase the area of the apartment at the expense of the balconies. We broke most of the interior walls of the house. Even the lighting fixtures designed specifically modern artistic style with touches of classical properties: Crystals and touches of gold paint on a white background. In addition, we combined graphic art as an integral part of the building, which gave the house a sense of warmth and luxury. Large tile flooring was replaced to give the apartment a sense of size and distance. The kitchen and living room: kitchen, dining room and living room were combined into one public. Separation of the different functions was used for lighting and furniture games with attendance.Living room wall made of wood painted with epoxy, which is the heart of the house. Because an area of relatively large kitchen, we chose not white but elegant cream-colored.Children's rooms were located at the right side of the apartment, separated by a modest family room and hallway. Each room is designed in an atmosphere that suits his tenant. The children's bathroom alone dared to break the outline of the house and use dramatic colors and contrast of black and white. Our bedroom located on the left side of the apartment, away from children. The bedroom area was increased at the expense of the porch, and created his balcony option. David has created us and romantic spacious suite includes spacious shower and toilet separated by a designed glass door , and a reading corner with a view. We selected bedroom brick shades to get reflection from the color of the walls (light coffee color) that made the furniture look white with creamy caress. Sticker pasted on the wall with vinyl graphic print specially designed by the company's graphic designer. My favorite element is flat plasma wall, 20" long, special order - wall both functional and design. This is a piece of furniture joinery painted white epoxy. I trusted David with closed eyes and I got a pleasant surprise. All phases of renovation we knew only in general terms what is going to be and I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome."

"Based on Joseph and the crew it went beautifully. They cleaned up very well. What made me really happy is that main contact was always available and is a very dedicated worker. Joseph checked on the job daily. Very trustworthy staff."
