"We are sorry for the loss of the fish Walter. It is unfortunate that you were unable to get the aeration system we suggested into your pond when the fish were isolated in the small area overnight. You told our crew you were putting oxygen into the pond that night and the next day added the oxygen into the pond after most had died. You also told us your leak was in the top pond and that it could not hold water so we sealed the waterfall and upper pond. You insisted on avoiding the costs of testing to determine where the leak was in your pond and went on your own judgement and told our crew it was in the upper pond when in fact it was the lower pond earlier sealed by another local pond company that no longer held only a few short years after their work. You were offered the chance to have our crew install oxygen into the pond the night before the fish died and you suggested you were going to go to Petco to get the system but never put it in that night and thats why the fish died."
