Once in my unit, they identified a couple of extra areas that needed attention and insisted on cleaning those up too - at no extra charge. The work itself was done very conscientiously, with great care, craftsmanship, and consideration for keeping my home and furnishings clean and protected. Matt is a great resource - extremely experienced and straightforward. I was particularly impressed that - even though he brought one of his team to do the work at my particular job - Matt himself came out to do the initial assessment, and came back the morning the work was to be done to personally walk his worker through the job. "Enrique Pelayos did a great job refurbishing our cat tower. We've had the tall tower for years and its like a family heirloom for all our cats. The job was more difficult because we wanted a high-traffic, tough to shred, carpet put on it. Enrique did a beautiful job and it looks like it is brand new. The cats love it and are going crazy scampering up and down the tower."
