Several line items in my scope of work are beyond the regular duties for interior painting, but Eglio was able engage an electrician and complete the entire scope of work which saved me the difficult task of sourcing someone for everything. "The owner Francisco is very professional. He showed up on time, answered the phone , listened & addressed our concerns. The house was powerwashed , primed , painted with 2 coats of paint ( rain off) that I selected. They finished in 6 days. We have neighbors and had to access their property. Francisco handle issues with the property manager , providing insurance, license, workers comp documents. A tenant had additional concerns that he resolved within a day. The painters worked hard everyday , priming doing caulking & repair work, especially at the top of the building. They were always polite and pleasant to work with. Super nice guys.
