"I highly recommend hiring Adrian Kovaci and his crew at Ceres Construction for your home construction project. The quality of their work was superb, the cost was comparible to the three other quotes I got from other companies, and their work presence at my home was unobtrusive as I could hope for. My two level 1923-built Richmond district home in San Francisco had a derelict passage to my garage - crumbling door, wobbly side stairs, and dry-rotted siding. Nothing was up to code. Adrian noted all the items that had to be reconstructed and said the project would take up to 20 days (it actually was finished in 18 days.) Adrian was very accommodating in giving extra finishing touches to my door hallway without extra charges, which I appreciated. I was concerned about the cost of the project and the disruption the work would cause, but Adrian's calm demeanor and the friendliness of the crew put my worries to rest. Thank you Adrian for leaving the work area spotless and for the quality work!"

"A million thank u's to Declan, Jackie, Vince, Alex and Holden. Job well done! My bathroom and loft look wonderful. I was very nervous about this project. Had a previous issue with someone else who ghosted me and left my vanity in the dining room. Nice huh? Luckily, Jackie called me though Angi's list, booked an appointment and the rest was magic! Attention to detail, quality and accountability describes this company. Thanks again everyone! I'll be seeing you in the spring!"

"Bob is awesome. We first had him completely re-do one of our bathrooms in 2013. He tiled the shower and floor, everything new. He did the job for a fair price and his workmanship was flawless. Since then we have had him do another bathroom in 2015 and most recently the kitchen in 2019. He also comes to do smaller jobs, both in our home and at my husband's office. He is punctual, ethical, economical, and creative. He is a good communicator from beginning to end. Later this year we plan to have him build a new deck with a retaining wall."

"We worked with Ali (sales manager) and Tony (project manager), who took the time to design a project that made sense for our property and our budget, made a number of suggestions and recommendations and were never pushy or tried to "sell" us on something. The crew really went above and beyond to provide top quality workmanship and overall we were in very good hands. Highly recommended!"

"The approximate cost was $1300. The guys were nice. But the paint job isn't holding up that well. From the wall were my alarm is when the wall gets touch the paint is coming off. I don't think they did do a primer. It's not holding up I can see were it needs to be touched up in hallway and the laundry room where they painted and same in the kitchen. They were kind of in a hurry so they didn't spend time on prep. That's the kind of comment I will make to future customer. It looks good but they don't do a lot of prep. There were areas that have to be touched up.  It's not even a full year yet. They kind of want to get in and out.  Initially he came in with a price. He verbally gave me quotes for each room and because I am a female. He went outside to his truck to come back with the final bill and it was 3 times than what he said for each room. I say to him I guess I have to give you a not so great review on Angie's List because the quote and the integrity of all that is part of why I use Angie's List. When I said that he called me back and said oh I'm so sorry I don't know what I was thinking. That wasn't the quote I wanted to give you. I am like oh my god if I hadn't said that this guy will be taking me to the cleaners. They were on time. They were professional."

"Working with Ilan Yosef was an excellent experience. He took the time to understand our vision and offered valuable suggestions that enhanced the overall design. The final result looks even better than what we originally imagined."

"Tenants were happy though all seven units were occupied during installation."

"Splendidly! The work took 3 weeks from the first day, which is exactly how long he estimated. I cannot praise Nato Vargas and his crew enough. They were here working everyday, without fail from 8am to 5pm. At the end of each day they carefully closed the gates and left the place clean and organized. Nato Vargas was always available - every time I needed to talk to him he answered his phone immediately. On more than one occasion my husband and I changed our minds about various things in the plans and Nato was extremely positive and willing to do exactly what we wanted and offered his suggestions for the design as well. He was more than fair when negotiating prices. I have never had a more pleasant experience with a project of this proportion. I interviewed 5 landscape contractors for this project and chose Nato because he had the most competitive bid and was very punctual and courteous and professional. Nato has earned my respect as an excellent landscape contractor and businessman. I will recommend him to all my friends. I wish I could add a photo - I will try."

"After I contacted several companies on my roof replacement I decided to go with Palm Construction because they gave me best quality-price ratio. The project went very smooth, quick and it was because Jonathan and his team were fantastic, always on time, worked hard till the dark and finished a day earlier. My new roof is brilliant, great quality and there were no extra costs at final price. Thank you on such a great service, will recommend to others!"
