My two level 1923-built Richmond district home in San Francisco had a derelict passage to my garage - crumbling door, wobbly side stairs, and dry-rotted siding. Nothing was up to code. Adrian noted all the items that had to be reconstructed and said the project would take up to 20 days (it actually was finished in 18 days.) Adrian was very accommodating in giving extra finishing touches to my door hallway without extra charges, which I appreciated.
