"I highly recommend hiring Adrian Kovaci and his crew at Ceres Construction for your home construction project.The quality of their work was superb, the cost was comparible to the three other quotes I got from other companies, and their work presence at my home was unobtrusive as I could hope for. My two level 1923-built Richmond district home in San Francisco had a derelict passage to my garage - crumbling door, wobbly side stairs, and dry-rotted siding. Nothing was up to code. Adrian noted all the items that had to be reconstructed and said the project would take up to 20 days (it actually was finished in 18 days.) Adrian was very accommodating in giving extra finishing touches to my door hallway without extra charges, which I appreciated. I was concerned about the cost of the project and the disruption the work would cause, but Adrian's calm demeanor and the friendliness of the crew put my worries to rest. "Bill and the rest of the Fine Point team were incredible.
They sanded and repainted a large kitchen with stained oak cabinets. Since the oak didn't take the paint like other woods, they applied an extra coat of primer and and extra finishing coat to make sure that it looked the way we hoped. They used a spray, which helped give the cabinets a professional, uniform coat. They look fantastic.
When the paint dried, some of the cabinets didn't close properly. This is not a criticism?when we told Bill, he came by the next day to fix those that were misaligned (which could have happened in any project), so the final kitchen looked perfect.
The whole team was really friendly. They put in extra hours to make sure the job was done well, and honored their initial estimate, which was completely reasonably compared to some estimates we received.
They touched up several areas of the house. When we couldn't find a matching paint for the upstairs bathroom, Bill repainted the entire wall with another paint, and he did it for a nominal fee.
What can I say? The team was patient with us as clients, thorough with the job, and masters of the craft. Our house looks fantastic, and I'd hire them or recommend them in a heartbeat.
