Service guy called after the appointment time, saying that he is leaving now.

"Hi Hersey. I am so sorry for the appointment time misunderstanding. We always strive to exceed customers expectations. Unfortunately, we can not offer exact arrival times. Your scheduled time for your free on-site inspection/estimate was scheduled between 8-11am on the 15th of November. We always take customer's time into consideration and give a 30 minute curtsy call before our arrival. When Justin called at 10:30am to give an exact arrival time of 11am, you declined/cancelled and told him not to come because your understanding was he was supposed to be there at 8am. We do apologize it was on the later end of the appointment time. We would really like to try our best to make it up to you if you would give us the opportunity. We tried to reach you to discuss your experience with no return call. We would really appreciate an opportunity to help you the best we can. Thank you so much and we wish you a Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family."
