I left a voice message and he returned the call within a day to set an appointment and to understand the specifics of what I needed to insure that he brought the correct parts. He let me know up front that there was a minimum one-hour charge for the visit. On the day of the appointment, William arrived precisely at the agreed time. The light switch repair was a small job that only took about 15 minutes and I'm very happy with the quality of the job and the new switch. William asked if I had other electrical tasks needed doing so that I could get the full benefit of the hour. The only item I could think of was that the bulbs in the living room fixture needed to be replaced, but it's a cathedral ceiling and too high for me to reach. I did not have the correct bulbs on hand, so William drove to Home Depot, purchased the bulbs and then installed them for me, all within the one-hour charge. This was well beyond what I expected a service provider to do and I was very pleased with the customer service. I would certainly hire Garafano Electric again."

Wallace from JLP Electrical Service is the real deal. He came out and installed four floodlights on the second story of my house, complete with clean metal conduit work that looks way better than I expected. Dude worked hard the whole time — no shortcuts, no nonsense. And get this… he even helped me take care of a wasp nest that was right where he needed to work. Didn’t charge me, didn’t complain, just handled it like it was part of the job. Absolute legend. Honestly, after everything he did, this man deserves a vacation to Hawaii. "I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."
