Their values of customer satisfaction and their deliver everything they said. Charlie was the manager of the work and he was on time for all the meetings that we had with him. He came back and took all the measurements that he needed for the kitchen, asked us many questions about what we would like to include in the new kitchen and 3 days after, he brought us a 3D design for us to look at and see how it will most likely look like.
