"They were very nice & also cleaned up after they installed 2 exhaust fans in our bathrooms. I’ve used other vendor in the past who cut rectangle holes on the wall so I ended up hiring another contractor to repair the drywall. However, with Oragon Electric they patched up the wall/ closed the holes so all I have to do later on is to sand down the surface & repaint the small area ( I know how to do that) instead of hiring another contractor/ a handyman to do drywall repair. I’m happy with their service; I’ll hire them again."

"I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. "Very well, in fact great. BGB did a fantastic job with the remodel. Considering we were in the middle of a pandemic, Nir and his team went out of their way to get us done because they knew we were living out of our garage. The finishes were exactly what we asked for, and when we found a discrepancy, Nir made sure it got corrected to our liking. BGB is a company that worries about customer satisfaction and quality, rare these days. Some members of Nir’s team worth calling out are Ami the plumber and Max the Drywaller. Both are exceptional tradesmen. Nir’s flooring subcontractor also did a fantastic job. He came back out to finish the door transitions which was a very small job for him to drive from L.A. to Orange. Nir dealt with our scope creep very well, what started out as a kitchen remodel then included a wall removal, opening our family room to our dining room and flooring almost all of our house. His prices are fair and his management of the overall project was very effective. I would hire Be Green Builders again in a heartbeat. In fact we have a master bath upgrade on our list of projects and I will be calling Nir and Be Green Builders first."
