Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

"We found Landmark construction energy crew, after being frustrated in the past from other contractors. From the initial meeting that we had with Charlie, we were impressed. Their values of customer satisfaction and their deliver everything they said. Charlie was the manager of the work and he was on time for all the meetings that we had with him. He was very straight, kindly and motivated to be invited into our house. He came back and took all the measurements that he needed for the kitchen, asked us many questions about what we would like to include in the new kitchen and 3 days after, he brought us a 3D design for us to look at and see how it will most likely look like. It was exciting to see how fast they could generate a nice design. Charlie knew what he’s doing and we were sure he has done this type of jobs many times before. Their prices are reasonable. We wanted our kitchen finished as soon as possible, so we agreed with Charlie to start the following week. That gave us little time to buy all the appliances, hardware, countertops, tiles Etc… Charlie personally went with us to 2 showrooms where we picked out our tiles and countertops. He also helped us to search and buy all the options for the (sink, faucet, hardware and more…). To be honest, I was probably a nightmare type of work. We moved out of our place during the month of the remodeling and we were a little worried that something would go wrong and we would end up on a terrifying remodeling show. Now after this remodeling is over, we can say clearly that is nothing to worry about when Landmark construction energy crew are working at your house. Their workers was clean, friendly, willing to answer questions. I discovered that Charlie visits the job site every few days, but he too sincerely cares about your home. He always called regarding the schedule, timeline or if there was a problem that need to be solved. We asked for changes to the electric wiring after the tiles have been installed. Would I recommend them to others? Absolutely yes. We will refer this company to all our friends."

"We just completed our remodeling project with Best Builders Group and it was a great experience overall. We added a master suite (appx 350 sq. ft.) to our house. We got several estimates from several construction companies and we decided to hire Best Builders Group for that because of their big experience in design, great price and great approach. The addition project was not simple at all but Zohar handled each stage of the work very productive and he always kept us up to date about the entire progress. His design was a huge advantage and it was the main thing that we couldn’t fins in the other ones. Our bathroom addition is definitely stunning and it’s our favorite part at the house now. Zohar also recommended to have a tile wall and floor tile that made the bathroom a beautiful one! More than that, he was very hard working worked extra hours because of our long schedules. "City Lights Electric did a great job. This was a bit more involved than a basic fan install since there was no previously existing wiring in the ceiling. I did have to do a little finish work after the job was done. I had to finish patching a few holes that they needed to make in order to run the new wiring. They did do an initial coat to plug holes but definitely not a finish coat. No surprise though as I figured I'd have to do some of that anyway. They cleaned up the work site perfectly when done. They were on time, professional, and very friendly. I believe their pricing is in line with other companies. I will definitely call them anytime I have the need for an electrician. Thank you Anthony!"
