Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. We originally contracted them to remodel our master bath room and during the remodeling, we were very happy with how they work and manage our remodeling project that we decided to also remodel our kitchen while the other remodeling was in progress.
