"Recently one of solar inverters started displaying an error code and quit working. I made 5 calls in 3 weeks trying to get them out here for warranty service with no response from their technical lead Kai. Finally a friend intervened and I set up an appt. They ghosted and never showed. I called them then they sent a tech to the wrong address which is one reason I always ask for a 30min call ahead on service calls. Finally they showed next day and worked on system and replaced a connector. Problem still exists and once again they are not responding to calls for warranty service. I wouldn't recommend this company."

"Should be called We DON'T Care. 2 weeks ago, my heater went out just 2 years after I installed it for almost $10K. A tech came out and said I needed a new part to have it fixed. He said it would only take a few days to arrive. A week and a half went by and no word from WeDon'tCare. I called them last week and they condescendingly said they couldn't give me an ETA for the part but to be assured they'd call when it arrived. (Ever hear of tracking?) Several more days of freezing cold went by with no word from WeDGAF. I called back again and they said they couldn't get the part because they couldn't find it. So they lied to me! They needed to send someone back out AGAIN to try to figure out another workaround. So, the same tech is coming back tomorrow to do what he should've done 2 weeks ago. He'd convinced me to sign up for their BS VIP program, but that's going to be cancelled tomorrow and refunded."
