Admittedly, the price you were quoted for is comparably higher than other plumbing companies; however, it's important to take into consideration all that goes into a job like this. With two locations, over 170 employees, a large service area covering all over Southern California and thousands of satisfied customers, it's no question that you would get in return the quality service and product for the price that you would pay for a replacement of a tankless water heater. So, while it appears that we're trying to overcharge you, with all respect, our goal is to, ultimately, give our customers what they deserve. Lastly, We Care has grown exponentially in almost two decades, and it is partly because of our customer service, but also because of the quality work and product we provide our customers.
