Sid takes real pride in his work, and his Company's level of communication with the customer is superb. We needed a commercial/residential building completely washed after a year of neglect. I contacted 3 companies for a bid, and Sid was the only one that communicated exactly how he would complete the job. His office reached out to me right away, and scheduled a meeting to review the job in person. He priced the job very competitively considering the amount of work that it needed. He was honest and thorough, and scheduled the job when it worked for our group. At one point, we thought we would need to shift the timing, and his office was quick to accommodate our schedule. When Sid and his team arrived to do the work, they communicated with all of the tenants and residents to be sure that all of their concerns were met first. The job took two full days, and Sid even returned a third day just to get a couple of places that he felt "could be better" even though we were completely satisfied. The before and after pictures are incredible. We are very pleased with the level of detail and care they took with our property, and very impressed with their integrity. Sadly, there are few companies out there that care this much about their customers' needs, but this Company stands out. This is truly a family owned business that stands behind their word. very good. Carl and his team were very professional and thorough It was different than previous window cleaning where they squeegee the window. They use a cleaning product that air dries without spots. It was quicker. They pointed out window screens there were issues and let me know which window double pane glass seals were broken.

From the first phone conversation with Carlos, to the completion of the job, we were 100% impressed with Alpha roofing. We met with Caleb, who provided the job bid. He also came by another day with large samples of the asphalt shingles to help us choose the best color for our home. We had a few questions as we were deciding which company to hire and Carlos responded quickly to any question we had. He was patient, professional and pleasant. The crew arrived on time on all work days. Jose was our on site project manager. As the job progressed, they were informative and professional when we had any questions. They finished before the estimated time line and did a good job cleaning up any nails and debris. The new roof looks amazing and we couldn’t be more pleased we selected Alpha Roofing.
