"Terrible. Owner, Brandon, moonlights as a contractor, and mostly flips homes. We should’ve known that when he asked us if we minded if he and his team worked late sometimes. We thought he meant that they would work late, not that they wouldn’t show up until 3, 4 or 6pm. They were never a team, and most had never worked together. Only bathroom they did had to be completely redone after we asked them to leave. From the tiled shower enclosure to the tile on floor! (all of which was very expensive natural stone) We spent so much $$ just to to have it fixed. Later he admitted his regular “tile” person not available, so he got some random, person to work on our bathroom. My husband has a full time job, but had to show the workers on a daily basis what to do because Brandon was rarely there. Unfortunately for us anyway, there was the language barrier too. Neither my husband nor I speak spanish. It was a nightmare experience. We were promised a qualified team of workers, and the only skilled worker was his electrician. Personable guy, but definitely not a contractor."
