Stephie Lashkoff is by far the best real estate agent you can get. She is a nonpareil among the most elite of them. For those technical people, she is a 6sigma person.
WHY?
1.concierge service to her clients, she takes her job very very seriously and does the absolute best she can for them. She owns the business and therefore cares for you as a client.
2. She listens to what you want and works with you and guides you on the market and she is a great communicator, she constantly responds in what ever media you chose to work in.
3. She is very nice and extremely knowledgeable about the market and has excellent understanding and hands on (OJT), (better than most contractors) of home construction and design. And a disclaimer her husband, Ed is an excellent contractor.
4. She stays constantly on top of issues as they come up, and trust me they will.
