It was fine. The price was reasonable. They were pretty fast and professional. The person gave the estimate as planned so it was good.

For an inspection, that’s about the going rate. They are very thorough and prompt. They did their work and they are known. I would rate them highly.

They did a good job and my house is still termite-free today. After filing the report, I took their recommendations to add concrete to the outdoor porch posts. The concrete shoring-up to the posts outside has withstood 3 winter rainy seasons fine. They came to spray for termites once under the house. A week later I noticed an area inside the house that still had termites roaming in the walls. I was told to wait until a few weeks had passed to make sure the toxin had penetrated the subterranean termite lodgings and reached the queen. After this time passed and there were still termites in the wall, they came back and sprayed under the brick front porch. This solved the problem.

We encountered these guys in the process of buying our house. They were hired by the previous owner, we believe at the recommendation of our real estate agent. A&R were very difficult to deal with; they routinely ignored phone calls, they did a lousy job of managing their subcontractors, and they apparently never filed the final inspection with the county. Also, we suspect some parts of the job were either not done or at best done poorly.

They did neglect to inspect our garage as part of our initial home inspection when we purchased the home. We found the termites ourselves, unfortunately.

It went fairly well. The person who came out to do the initial inspection and quote was good to work with and professional, but it was difficult to communicate with the guys who came to do the actual work because of a language barrier. We had to have them come back because they forgot to put up a piece of trim, but they did it at no extra cost. Overall the quality of the work was good.

My experience with them was not so good. They were going to fix a leak in the deck. It looks like the problem came back. At the time they were pretty expensive. I called them to come and replace it. They said no because it was out of Warranty.
