Veronica knows Menlo Park, Atherton and Palo Alto best as far as I know.  But I know she has clients elsewhere, even in the East Bay I think.  Also, I was looking in Sunnyvale last year and she did a lot of research and we both learned a lot about the area.  She ended up finding me a better house in Menlo Park which she helped me buy.  She also helped me when I was looking at houses in Redwood Shores for rental property.  Again, I ended up buying in Menlo Park.
I have continued to contact her for advice as recently as last week.  She has a lot of contacts  for repair and renovation services as well as in the housing field.

Veronica is awesome and a lifesaver! Coming from Singapore, we had absolutely no idea what buying a house in the US would entail. She guided us throughout the entire process and was amazingly helpful at every turn. She also let us look at our own pace and we felt that she was looking out for our interest through it all.

With her help, we managed to buy a home in Palo Alto with the very first offer we put out. Without her guidance, we would have been completely lost.

Veronica worked with us for over four years, looking for a very moderately priced home for my sister and her handicapped husband, who were living abroad.  She never gave up on us and was truly a pleasure to work with.  She actually listens, collaborates, tells it like it is (and with a nice sense of humor), works hard, and goes out of her way to accommodate needs and schedules.  We had a smooth close on a condo that finally met all our needs.  I think that Veronica would be an asset in any real estate transaction.

She is extremely professional, responded to all requests and emails within 24hrs, usually much faster. She was helpful in suggesting ways to make the property more desirable, and handled showing the property to about a dozen prospective renters. Importantly she suggested a rental price above what my family members thought we could obtain, and then proceeded to rent the property for 25% above the asking price. The renter obtained was also perfect: high income, perfect credit, doesn't bother us with minor issues.

In all cases she gathered useful data for making choices and presented it to us in an organized way. This occurred first in setting a price: she showed up with comparable properties. Then again at the time to choose the renter: she had all possibilities organized, with the 2 or 3 top candidates already identified.

Despite the fact that we declined to pay her for property management, she still stepped in and helped out when we were out of the country and the renter needed something immediate done.

Lastly, she is clear on her expertise. I asked her to handle another property about 15 miles south of the first property, and she said she wasn't expert in that region and referred me to another agent. While I was disappointed she didnt handle my second house, I am pleased that she knows where she excels and simply declines jobs that aren't in locations where she is at her best. 

I simply have never ever had a better experience with a real estate professional. I will absolutely use her again.
