Great! Charlie was on time, professional, what I love most is he does not require a contract or a specific amount of services per year, call when you need him! Also was less expensive than any other company I called. It has been several weeks and I have had no problems of bugs in the house, several dead tree roaches outside but that is to be expected.

We have worked with Charlie for several years. On this occasion, I called Charlie and he was able to get me on his schedule for the next morning.  I explained what issues we were experiencing with insects at the property.  Both the exterior and interior of the home were treated.  Although I was not present, the tenant at the property reported that the work performed was very thorough.

I called him for a termite inspection. He arrived as planned. The real estate agents was not there, so he graciously rescheduled for the next day.

This one-man business is excellent!  Mr. Howard answers his own phone, and makes his own scheduling confirmation calls.  He is polite, calm, patient, and deferential; very easy to work with!  Last year Mr. Howard inspected this old house for termites before we moved in, and said he'd reinspect for FREE once a year.  I called him in May for the free inspection.  When he finished, he reported that we were clear and needed nothing from him, which left with me astounded: he didn't try to sell us anything!  Then in August, after weeks of >100F temperatures and drought, we started seeing roaches, especially in the kitchen & bathrooms, with dead ones under all the furniture.  So I called CASH Pest Services and asked for a morning appointment.  Mr. Howard come out today and sprayed inside and outside the house and garage.  He used a spray with no odor, and very low toxicity, but assured me it does the job just fine.  I am happy my house doesn't stink!  He charged me so little I'll have no hesitation to ask him back if we need something stronger.
