"They did the job, but they didn't do it to my expectation. I was watching the way they worked and it seemed like there was communication trouble between the laborers and the owner of the company. The owner would give a different instruction from the one I gave and the workers would do something different. I told the foreman what I needed done and how I needed it done so that he could relay it to the laborers who didn't speak English at all. They didn't clean up as well as I expected them to clean up.
