He proceeded to tell me what it would cost would be before he did any work. The cost was highway robbery for the type of work it would take to repair. This happened on a Saturday and they don’t have technicians available for emergencies on weekends and they won’t reimburse for a company that does. They told me not to worry we’ll make it right but the earliest service date they had available was two weeks later. Post sale they don’t care about the customer or about the quality of their work. Make sure to choose another company for your HVAC needs."
