Gabriel charged us ridiculous prices for simple tasks ($75 for replacing a valve faucet in the backyard and $200 for replacing an older bathtub drain with one that we bought) on top of the $300 (150/hour labor) that he took just to show up and diagnose a potential leak. He initially said that the $200 included work on a second drain that was very corroded and stuck and promise that he will come again since he was missing a tool but when he show up he asked for an additional $300 at which point we almost let him do it but he requested the money beforehand since he was worried (rightfully) that if he breaks the tub we will not be paying him. At which point we decided to not let him do the job since he does not put his money on his skill. We managed to fix the second drain with $20 given to another plumber who came in for an unrelated issue.

Gabriel arrived on time, and moved quickly to solve the primary leak problem. I asked his opinion on a couple of other things, which I also decided to fix. He did a thorough job with those too. He also did a “wellness” check under my sinks and no further repairs were needed. He communicated quickly and thoroughly throughout the process. He’s the only plumber I’ll call next time!

Gabriel Nieto of GN Plumbing did a fine job. He was able to visually detect a leak where the line from the propane tank enters the house, and pressure tested the gas line from the propane tank to the house to confirm the leak. With the help of his assistant, he repaired the line (replacing worn out portions of the line) within a couple of hours, confirmed there were no other leaks in the line (via additional pressure testing), and re-lit the gas furnace and water heater. Only complaint is the extreme expense ($890).

Gabriel Nieto was like a breath of fresh air compared to my previous experiences with plumbers. He was personable and friendly , he arrived on time and worked efficiently and quickly. The money he charged for his service was reasonable. He was very knowledgeable about his trade and took the time to explain to me what needed to be done and why. Thanks to him I have a great new water efficient toilet .Gone is my old problem ridden toilet and bad memories of using a plunger. I am sleeping better at night again! Gabriel is definitely now my go to pro I will call when I have another plumbing repair or replacement.

Gabriel was efficient and diagnosed my problem quickly. We talked about how to approach fixing it and he was obviously experienced and professional.

They even called me to see if everything was okay about a week after they had completed the work

Didn't show on scheduled appointment but did come the next day.

I believe they are just fine. My problem was they said they had fixed it but I still smelled gas. They said it was guaranteed. I said I still smell gas. He stopped responding to my text. I did everything he asked. So I did not see guarantee fulfilled. As it turns out, my propane tank was at zero, and when that happens apparently you smell gas. Once the tank was filled the smell diminished. I would not say it is completely gone though.

**I will never hire another plumber again** Gabriel did outstanding work and a competitive price point! Extremely responsive on text/phone to scope and quote the job, and coordinate for service delivery. Responsive on the weekend for emergency repair. Went the extra mile during the work to do it the right way, explain what he'd done, and provide recommendations for care and equipment longevity.

Showed up as scheduled and did a good job of replacing the main water line. Was rushed because of other pending emergency work so left a couple of loose ends and did not check back. Would consider hiring again.

Gabriel and his crew showed up when they said they would, and finished the work on schedule (new water heater installation). He came out the following day to look into an issue with the how water pipe going into the kitchen and didn't charge me, which I appreciated. I would call on them again for other plumbing work.

He is a great guy and his pricing is fair.
