Richard is a real chatter box but very professional and thorough. He repaired my auto gate opener on a new house we just moved in to. Replaced the chain, lubed the internals, and provided me with a new remote. Most of the work was provided on the first visit, but he needed to follow up a few days later when it appeared the drive chain needed to be repaired. In all honesty the repair was more expensive that I was expecting, but I'm glad that it is done.
he is currently working with me on replacing my aging garage doors. He is very persistent on email but that is OK. I will update my review after that process is complete.

They did good work and they were reasonable. They made sure that we didn't pay for stuff that we didn't need.

It went great. Richard did a great job of answering all my questions before the installation started, so they were very prepared, and had all the proper tools and equipment on their truck. They arrived when they said they would, and went about their work very efficiently, all their work was very tidy. They even swept up behind themselves. When I asked Rick about how the torsion springs worked on the door, he gave me a great explanation of what they are, and how they work, and how long they generally last under usual household use.
