I was told that it takes about a week for any "imperfections" to disappear and if they don't, it was emphasized that I can and should come back to get it fixed. It's too early to tell if there will be any problems, but not only do I not expect there to be, but if t here are, I have no doubt that they will fix them perfectly. We were so glad to tackle this kitchen wimdow becaise the demo showed the old structure to be rotted. The skill and expertise of these men that worked on creating a whole new design is much appreciated, and the whole house is so much more comfortable with these new timted and heat resistamt windows. Quieter too. The company was respmaive to any concerns amd communication was very good throughout the job."
