"I had the best experienced working with everyone involved, from my first contact with my rep Elton Hendrix to the installers Jason (didn't' get his last name) and Samuel Barrios & Cristian. I had a few really old leaky windows plus one window that needed to be reframed and brought up to code. The temperature in my house, in the coldest San Diego days, would drop to 58 degrees. Since, I had my new windows installed, the temperature is about 10 degrees warmer. I'm also very happy with the work they did on the one window that was not up to code. "Robert was very professional, responsive and I even told him "good old fashioned American customer service"!!    He helped me decide which tint to choose, we chose darker on top and lighter for the vertical windows.  At first, I wasn't sure if I liked the tint due to some markings in it, Robert was patient, tried another tint and in the end I decided on the initial tint.  Now that it has been warmer I am thrilled with my decision to use the tint on my kitchen window! The old tint really had not been effective because it is so much cooler on a sunny day in my kitchen. I have hardly needed to use my air conditioning and it has been 90 degrees outside. I highly recommend Robert and Tint San Diego!

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
