"I had the best experienced working with everyone involved, from my first contact with my rep Elton Hendrix to the installers Jason (didn't' get his last name) and Samuel Barrios & Cristian. I had a few really old leaky windows plus one window that needed to be reframed and brought up to code. The temperature in my house, in the coldest San Diego days, would drop to 58 degrees. Since, I had my new windows installed, the temperature is about 10 degrees warmer. I'm also very happy with the work they did on the one window that was not up to code. "My husband and I purchased the house in last August and needed to get windows tinted to block the direct sunlight since there was no second floor above the living room and half the windows were placed very high without any window coverings.  We met with a few people for free estimates and decided to go with Robert of Tint San Diego since his estimate was in our price range and he seemed knowledgeable about his trade.  Robert and his assistant arrived on time on the day of installation and started prep for the job.  Since there was no window covering on most of the windows, it was easy for them to install the films.  They efficiently worked and finished the job in about four hours.  He installed tint films on three small windows for free, and there was no charge for removing existing films.  My husband and I are very pleased of their work and will hire them again if we need to tint more windows in the future.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
