They were very professional and they came when they said they would and the work was done quickly and well. The product is a terrific, double-paned window. The reason we used them is because they have helped people with a rebate program for energy saving.

Work began as promised with breaks only for rain (for TEXCOTE). Various crews performed specific jobs in a professional and friendly manner. Work supervisors returned calls promptly and answered questions and resolved work issues promptly. Crews cleaned up completely as each phase of job was completed. Our home and property were left clean and free of debris. Final walk through representative had crew out following day to touch-up or finish all work to our satisfaction. DON'T sign off on work until you have checked both inside and outside areas (tub, tiles, etc.) that may have been affected by the work done. They were very cooperative in taking care of all work to our satisfaction. As far a financing the work, we suggest you have your finances ready through means of your own and DO NOT allow ANY work to be done until then. Sales rep was a bit "over zealous" in his assurances of the companies ability to have customers financed.

After the original contact by phone, Best Windows and Doors sent their representative, Ed Worland out to my house who provided all the information on the construction, application and benefits of the Solarban 60 window and door configuration. Examples were provided of the construction of the beneficial components. After two subsequent visits, our contract was signed with Best Windows and Doors and the installation commenced within three weeks. In the interim, the windows and doors were constructed to the exact dimensions where ready removal of the old installation was conducted thereafter. The actual on site installation by Best Windows and Doors crew took exactly one day which is amazing! The disruption of the household was kept to a bare minimum with cleanup thereafter superbly performed.

The promptness and neatness was an unexpected pleasure. For years we knew that the old aluminum windows had to be replaced, due to moisture and noise. After looking at windows for a year, we read about the National Energy Conservation Fund (NERF), which definitely caught our attention. The salesperson we contacted explained the program, product and pricing (with clarity). These factors made our buying decision complete.

Everything was great. The salesperson was nice and knowledgeable and the installers were very quick and thorough. We were surprised at how easy the whole process was. They arrived on time, got the job done and cleaned up in about a half a day. The rooms that have the new windows are much cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter - and quieter. And the doors are more secure than the old ones. Overall, we would highly recommend Best Windows to anyone who is interested.

We are enjoying our beautiful windows and crystal frame sliding glass door. Our sales rep., Anthony, followed the project from beginning to end. His sales presentation was very informative and helpful in making our final decision. Josh, Brad, and Rich were very professional during the install. They were able to fit the windows in the existing mouldings. We recognized that these were quality windows because they offered many features other vinyl windows do not, such as Aller-Guard 100, PPG glass technology, and super spacer structured foam. The crystal frame sliding glass door provides us with an exceptional conversational piece in the afternoon. There are beautiful colorful rainbows that appear throughout the room, reinforcing our decision, ''Best Windows and Doors.''

From the salesman to all the workers, they all preformed in a professional friendly manner. The work was done beautifully and we could not be happier with the finished job. The coating and the windows and doors have made a tremendous difference to the overall comfort of our home. Our home used to be quite drafty with the old doors, now we are weather tight, and the security of our home is greatly improved. The workman were on the job on time, and always courteous. They cleaned up at the end of every day. Even when our front door opening was not the size of the door we had purchased from stock at Home Depot, they spent a lot of time making it a custom fit without complaining. We have had a lot of work done at our home over the last 25 years, but I have never been more satisfied with a company as this one. They truly are the BEST!

They were prompt and courteous with installation. The problem was when one of the installers broke a floor tile putting in the slider, he didn't mention it, I had to bring it up during the walk through. He said someone would contact me to have it repaired. Of course the never did, it took me 4 phone calls and 2 months to have it repaired. The receptionist even told me that they had ''lost'' my paperwork.

"IT IS OUR POLICY TO NOT LEAVE A JOB UNTIL THE CUSTOMER IS COMPLETELY SATISFIED. IN THIS CASE APPARENTLY THERE WAS MISPLACED PAPERWORK, HOWEVER, ONCE AWARE, WE TOOK ACTION AND TOOK CARE OF THEM. IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT THE COMPLETION CERTIFICATE WAS FILLED OUT BY THE MEMBER AS SATISFACTORY ON ALL LEVELS. A BAD CONTRACTOR IS NOT ONE WHO MAKES MISTAKES, BUT RATHER ONE WHO WILL NOT FIX MISTAKES. BEST WINDOWS AND DOORS HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 26 YEARS AND HAS INSTALLED WINDOWS FOR MORE THAN 17,000 CUSTOMERS WITH LESS THAN A FRACTION OF 1% COMPLAINTS TO US OR ANY AGENCY."

THE WINDOWS LEAKED, THEY SENT REPAIRMEN TO FIX LEAK. THEY STILL LEAKED. THERE WAS NO FOLLOW UP.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN GETTING THE BID HERE AND REASONABLY PROMPT ON INSTALLING THE WINDOWS. I HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE LAST WINDOW INSTALLATION. THEY MISSED 3 INSTALLATION APPOINTMENTS BEFORE COMPLETION. THE WINDOWS LOOK VERY NICE AND WORK OKAY.
