"On a home built in 1957 Approved Contractor Inc (ACI) installed new construction windows and sliding glass doors, stripped the house of old siding, removed old plywood sheathing and old insulation, and then insulated and stuccoed the house. What was important was not only finding a reputable construction company, but also one that would coordinate the total project. The added benefits were quality work and high-end material, at a competitive price. Of note, was the stucco method (4 layers-coats - scratch, brown, finish and texture). The texture coat is an elastomeric paint (color of my choosing) that is water repellent, reflective and provides an even color on the walls - with a lifetime warranty. Other stucco contractors stop on the finish coat, with the color in stucco. In addition ACI uses its own subcontractors. ACI was professional, flexible, and did really great work. ACI was a superb choice."

The workers were exceptional! John and Kevin can not be beat. They were here on time, worked steadily all day, told me what they were doing and what they would be doing the next day. They cleaned up every night and made sure there was nothing I needed done, very solicitous. At least once a day, and often several times a day, Terry II was here to see how things were going. I had stucco repair done and you can not even see where the repair work blends with the old stucco. The painting was top-notch. I had a window washer in today who said he would never seen such a good paint job around windows! They painted the patio overhead and a pergola and they look wonderful! Am I happy? YES!!!"

"We called and immediately got someone onsite to assess the job.  We received a proposal the next day, and were able to schedule the removal within a few days.  This was very beneficial since we were on a tight timeline.  They completed the work in two days as promised.  When we got back in the house to inspect the results was were things started to not go as smoothly.  There were many damaged sections of the ceiling from the scraping.  This might be normal for acoustic ceiling removal, but there were some really large gauges.  There also seemed to be some acoustic ceiling debris left over, even though they were supposed to dispose of everything.  And one section of tape and plastic was left onsite.

They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."
