"Calroc also did the whole house painting inside after they removed our popcorn ceiling. They installed the 2 bath sinks/meds cabinet, a vanity light in the master bath and fixed a small portion of our laminate floor. They came on time and stayed late to finish the days' work. Jorge sent us a clear contract of what the project will be and was very prompt with his response to our texts/calls. Cesar's crew even helped us move some heavy furnitures. After they were done, there was very little clean-up to be done. A few months after the job was done I had to contact Jorge because there was a very slow leak under one of the sinks. He was again very quick to respond, worked with me to schedule an inspection and sent Cesar to find where the leak is coming from and got it fixed. I would hire these guys again for their work ethic! Thanks Jorge for a great customer service!"

This is yor reply regarding your roof warranty claim: From our tech's report concerning your roof, the pre-existing low spots require a full roof replacement, outside warranty coverage. Previous sealant should've lasted ~3yrs. We understand this isn't very reassuring. We advise contacting other roofers for quotes. And this Hi Dorothy, We appreciate your feedback. When he's nearby, our Operations manager will personally check your roof for the leak and update you on his schedule. It has been a month and I have not had anyone contact me. The roof job was for preventive maintenance and now it is worse then before the job was completed. Very disappointed to spend all that money for nothing. I will tell and show everyone I know the text messages between your company and myself."
