"Finally got one of the doorbell cameras that we’ve been seeing on TV commercials and at some of our family member’s houses. Alarm Protection Group was terrific in pricing this out for us and getting it up up and going. Simple and easy security solution!"

"Dale was terrific he arrived on time, was prepared to go to work, on arrival. Picked up a few necessary items, I didn’t have. Started and finished the job, cleaned up. Left with a functioning Ring doorbell that was connected to hard wire. Very professional and thorough."

"Daniel anh his teammate did excellent work installing threee GFCI runs to main panel from three bathrooms of mine. Exceptional talent and great to work with. Highly recommend."

"Again, Wave Connects has provided multiple services for me, so it’s hard to describe each experience. But, in general, if I have a need for their services, I email the owner, Paul James.  I describe what I would like to do. If it requires a site visit, he  generally makes himself available within 24 hours. In either case he provides me with a fixed quote to do the work.  He then obtains all of the necessary components, comes to the house and makes the installation, tests it, and then  stands by it at all times. It is easy to do business with Wave Connects."

"The company did a great job.  They are not inexpensive... but they are worth the price.  I had purchased a TV mount on my own, and Javier told me that this particular manufacturer's product was poor quality, very bulky, and not going to make me happy.  He said I really needed to spend more to get the light weight and overall quality that would make me happy.  I was skeptical at first; I assumed that Javier just wanted to make more $$ for his company.  I was dead wrong:  when Alan brought the wall TV mount that Javier had selected for me, I saw the difference.  It was so much lighter than what I had purchased and much less bulky, so that the TV can sit closer to the wall, giving a more streamlined appearance.  It's also very sturdy and sits securely on the wall.
They came on time, were professional and friendly, and did the work quickly and excellently.  I only had one criticism: Alan only had white speaker cable with him when he installed my stereo speakers, which I had to accept although everything else is black.  They should have black and white with them at all times so that they can match the decor of the home they are installing in.  I ended up buying black wire covers for the exposed wires at extra expense, which I shouldn't have to have done.
All in all a very positive experience.

"Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."

"It was a smooth and simple installation .  I had 3 doors and 15 windows which they sent me individual little connectors that go on each item.  I did all the numbering and data  for each unit and installed each one with minor corrections .  The phone call took a few minutes with minor

"I would like to start by saying that Lawrence and Emeric were the technicians that came out to install cable to five offices. They started at 10 am and where done with everything cleaned up by 2 pm. they ran the cable thru the wall and made sure the plates were installed correctly, also tested the lines to make sure they were good. I would recommend them for any job involving cabling. Great guys with a great work ethic and great customer service. thank you again."
